从红其拉甫口岸朝圣人员中检出霍乱菌株携带者及病人107例

The Identification of 107 Cases and Carriers of Cholera Biotype El Tor from Entering Worshiper in Hongqilapu Port

本文报道了1994年5月至7月间在新疆红其拉甫口岸对3000名赴沙特麦加朝圣的入境人员进行的霍乱监测中,检出埃尔托型霍乱弧菌带菌者、病人等107例,所检出菌株均为埃尔托型霍乱弧菌流行株。通过拱北局霍乱培训中心对被检阳性菌殊的鉴定,阐述了在红其拉甫口岸所进行的霍乱监测在国境口岸传染病监测霍乱及流行病学和病因学上的重要意义。

The surveillance for cholera was performed among 3000 entering worshipers in Hongqilapu port of Xinjiang province from end of May to July 1994.107 cases and carriers of cholera biotype El Tor were found . All of the isolates were Ogawa 1b pandemic Vibro cholerae biotype El-Tor.The author expounded the importance played in epidemiology and etiology of cholera by the surveillance for cholera in Hongqilapu port.
