葡萄酒进口概况及卫生评价指标探讨

摘要 统计了江门口岸进口葡萄酒情况及卫生监督检验结果,提出在适当时机修订和完善发酵酒国家卫生标准GB2758-81中的感官指标,允许葡萄酒在贮存过程中的沉淀现象和软木塞掉渣现象。并建议黄曲霉毒素B1可以免检,游离二氧化硫含量不作为常规检验项目,合成着色剂、人工加水、人工香料及细菌指标作重点检验项目。 This paper makes a statistics on the situation and the results of hygiene supervision and inspection of the imported wine at Jiangmen port, putting forward the modification and perfection of the organoleptic index of fermented wine on the national hygienic standard GB2758 - 81 at a proper time, thus allowing wine to precipitate and cork to lose dregs during the storage. And Suggests that aflatoxin B1 in wines be free of being monitored and inspected, and that free - SO2 not inspected as a routine item, and that sythetic colour, artificial addition of water and perfume to wine, and bacterial index be emphasized on their being monitored and inspected.
