摘要
应用氢化物-原子荧光法测定水产品中砷的适宜条件,试验了酸介质、预还原剂用量对测定砷的影响及水产品中常见元素对测定的干扰情况,选择了仪器的最佳氢化物发生条件。用不同的消解方法测定了标准物质贻贝和对虾,其中两种消解方法测定结果与推荐值吻合。相对标准偏差分别小于 3.9%和 2.8 %,检出限为 0.3μg/L。方法快速、准确,应用于进口水产品中砷的检测,获得满意结果。
A method was reported for the determination of trace arsenic in seafood by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry and comparison of different digestion methods in this paper. The effect of the medium and amount of acid and reducing agent on determination of As were investigated. The operating condition of hydride generation was optimized. The interference from element formed hydride compound and coexistent elements in seafood were studied, too. In the given conditions, the liner range of determination is 0-80μg/L and limit of detection is 0.3μg/ L. Standard reference substances mussel (GBW08571) and prawn (GBW08572) were determined by difference digestion methods. The results of two digestion methods were in good agreement with certified value. R.S.D. is less than 3.9% and 2.8% . The method is sample and accurate. It has been applied to the determination of As in imported seafood.
