余隙无级调节气量节能技术在航煤加氢装置进口联合压缩机上的应用

摘要 航煤加氢装置进口联合压缩机K-30A是加氢反应的核心设备之一,原采用的是旁路节流调节方法,但是能量浪费严重,使得压缩机做了大量无用功,同时还需要消耗大量的循环冷却水。该压缩机进行余隙无级调节气量节能技术改造后,每年可节约电费54.33万元、节约瓦斯费用13.86万元。余隙无级调节气量节能系统运行稳定、参数设置灵活、节能效果好、投资少、回收期最短且基本免于维护,达到了降低运行成本、节能降耗的目的。 The imported combined compressor,K-30 A,is one of the primary equipment in the avi ation kerosene hydrogenation processing unit.The by-pass throttling method was originally adopted to regulate the gas volume in the compressor,and the waste of energy is serious because a lot of useless work was done by the compressor and a large amount of circul ating cooling water was consumed at the same time.After the clearance step-less regulating method was applied in K-30 A,the energy-saving economic effect is obvious by saving 543 thousand RMB in the electric power and 139 thousand RMB in the gas consuming annually.The practical application results show that the method has some advantages such as reliable stability,flexible parameter setting,remarkable energy-saving effect,low investment,short payback period and almost maintenance-free running.The reforming purposes of reduc ing the cost and saving the energy are achieved.
