摘要
对国内外文献报道的几种甲壳素及壳聚糖测定中常用的还原糖测定方法进行了比较。结果表明,DNS法和改良Schales法较为适合对氨基糖和乙酰氨基糖混合体系的测定,其中DNS法的测定范围为还原糖含量200~1000μg/mL,改良Schales法的测定范围为还原糖含量10~80μg/mL。
We studied and compared a series of common reduced sugar determination methods reported in chitin and chitosan determinations.The results show that DNS method and a modified -Schales method are fit for the determination of glucosamine and N-acetylglucosamine in mixture.
