紫外分光光度法检测水皂角总多酚的含量

摘要 目的建立水皂角提取物中总多酚类化合物含量的测定方法,以控制其质量。方法采用紫外分光光度法,以表儿茶素为指标,测定波长在760nm。结果对照品的量在0.032~0.146mg范围内,吸光度呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9996),回归方程为Y=0.50651X-0.00582,平均回收率为99.5%,RSD=1.02%(n=5)。结论本法操作简单、结果准确、重现性好,可作为该提取物的质量控制方法。 Method of UV-spectrophotometry was used at the waveleng th of 760nm to quantify total polyphenol in the extract of Cassia nomame ,using(-)-epicatechin as index.The reg ression equation with a g ood linearity (r =0.9996)between the absorbance and concentration was found.The averag e recovery rate was 99.5%and RSD was 1.02%(n=5).The method is simple,reliable and easy to operate and suitable for the quality control of Cassia nomame with a better reproducibility.
