摘要
介绍了磁场流化床的结构和特点,磁场对酶活性及稳定性的影响,磁敏性载体对酶的固定化以及磁场流化床中的酶催化反应等方面的进展,并分析了其发展前景以及有待进一步解决的问题。
In this paper,the structure and the characteristics of Magnetically Fluidized Bed(MFB)were introduced,and the effects of magnetic field on the enzyme activity and stability,the immobilization of enzyme on magnetic particles,and the enzymatic reaction in the MFB were discussed.The prospects of application of MFB and the problems that urgently need to solve were also described.
