改性天然高分子与无机高分子复配絮凝剂PMC的研制

Preparation of modified natural polymer and inorganic polymer composite flocculant PMC

阐述了以淀粉为基材的天然高分子改性絮凝剂(SX 3)与无机高分子絮凝剂聚硅酸铝(PA SIC)的制备方法,并通过酸化络合成功地将二者复配修饰制得新型功能絮凝剂PMC。将PMC应用于油田废水及造纸厂污水的处理,COD去除率和浊度去除率都达到90%以上,取得了良好的絮凝效果。

The new functional composite flocculent PMC has prepared by chemically modified natural polymer (SX3) and inorganic polymer (PASIC)mixed together after acidulation. Using PMC to treat waste water of oil field and paper factory, we find good flocculent effect. Both the removal efficiency of turbidity and COD of the waste water are higher than 90%.
