海刺参粘多糖提取分离的最佳工艺条件

Optimum condition for extraction and isolation of holothurian glycosaminoglycan

采用计算机优化实验设计方法研究了海刺参粘多糖的提取、分离工艺。分析影响提出率的各种因素,选定较优的工艺条件:碱添加量0.46mol/L,碱解时间101min,酶添加量0.37%,酶解时间219min。并对产品的理化性质做定性定量分析。

Using Mfhx method to design the experiment process, we study the technology for extraction and isolation of the holothurian glycosaminoglycan (HG). Analyzing the factors influencing the extraction rate, we find the optimum condition: alkaline hydrolyze time, 101min;alkali additive, 0.46?mol/L; enzymatic hydrolyze time,219?min; and enzyme additive, 0.37%?Physical and chemical properties of the HG are analyzed quantitatively and quantitatively.
