摘要
评价了几类非Smith-Hazel指数在大豆蛋白质含量改良群体的株行世代改进产量的实际效果,包括:以遗传力作指数系数的I_h型指数,以性状与产量的相关系数作指数系数的I_r型指数以及无权指数等。结果表明:只要指数性状构成适当,指数选择均可取得高于直接产量选择的实际效果;文中I_h型和I_r型指数的最佳构成性状为有效分枝数+单株荚数+每荚粒数+百粒重,无权指数的最佳构成性状为有效分枝数+单株荚数+产量(10%选择强度),用作I_h型和I_r型指数的指数系数可采用非选择作用群体性状遗传力的平均值和性状与产量相关系数的平均值。
According to the strategy of selection for protein content in early generations and for yield in later ones, the practical selection effect of Ih index (with heritability as index coefficient) , Ir index (with the correlation coefficient between traits and yield as index coefficient) and weight-free index were studied in this paper in order to evaluate the selection methods for yield at the plant-to-row stage of soybean populations with improved protein content. The results showed that the practical effect of index selection with appropriate trait components was better than that of direct yield selection 5 the optimum trait components for Ih and Ir indices in this study were number of branches + number of pods per plant + number of seeds per pod + 100-seed weight; for the weight-free index, they were number of branches + number of pods per plant + seed yield; the heritability and correlation coefficient between traits and yield used as index coefficient could be obtained from non-selection-acted populations.
