In this paper, through exploring the new product design management system of a enterprise, in particular, investigating the industrial design rationales in the system, the authors dwell upon that the flexible global design management system will become the most important strategic resource for a enterprise and set up a computer-aided industrial design management system in the high-tech condition, from the viewpoint of analyzing an effect of the current global market upon the requirements and information management of the firms.
