多巴胺受体与精神分裂症关系的研究现状 被引量:10

摘要 DAR是能与DA特异性结合的蛋白质类物质。目前分为D_1、D_2、D_3、D_4和D_5五种类型。因D_1、D_3、D_5能激活腺甘酸环化酶(AC),使cAMP的含量增加,故将它们合称之为D_1受体(简称D_1);反之,D_2和D_4能抑制AC酶活力,使cAMP的含量减少,故称为D_2受体(简称D_2)。DAR能通过异源二聚化而将信号传递下去。DAR与精神分裂症的发病关系密切。
