摘要
针对中原油田油藏高温高盐的特点,研制出能够适用于高温高盐油藏的EOC系列交联剂和交联体系。使用普通的高分子聚丙烯酰胺和EOC系列交联剂,用油田污水配制的交联聚合物溶液具有较宽的成胶范围和较强的成胶强度,在pH=4~11范围内成胶情况良好。现场试验配注简单易行,在文101块现场试验取得了良好的效果。该交联聚合物体系可用于油藏温度≤90℃、矿化度≤15×10~4mg/L(其中Ca^(2+)+Mg^(2+)≤7000mg/L)油藏的驱油。
In consideration of the characteristics of high-temperature high-salt reservoirs in Zhongyuan Oilfield. Cross-linked agent and cross-linked system of EOC series are developed for high-temperature high-salt reservoirs. The cross linked polymer solution prepared by using oilfield sewage water with common high molecular polyacrylamide and EOC serial cross linkers has more wide gelling range and higher gelling strength, gelling condition is good as pH = 4 -12. Injection distribution is easy in field tests. Good result is achieved in Block Wen 101 field test. The cross linked polymer system is suitable to oil displacement for reservoir temperature≤90℃,salinity≤15 × 104mg/L(where Ca2+ +Mg2+ ≤7000mg/L).
