摘要
使用抽油机节能器时要经过严格的校试和解决好使用前后出现的问题,才能达到节能效果。为此提出了抽油机节能器校试模式,包括正确判断何时泵装置行至泵行程底部、正确判断“泵空”及“泵空”发生时间以及如何启动节能器的校正模式。并对应用中出现的问题进行了处理。
When an energy saver is used in the pumping unit, it would be strictly corrected and tested, problems occurred before and after application would be solved to achieve the result of energy saving. Thus correction and testing mode of pumping unit energy saver is proposed , including correctly judging when the pumping unit goes to the bottom of stroke, correctly judging the 'empty pump' and 'time of empty pump occurrence' and how to start the energy saver. Thus problems of application are solved.
