On Constructing A Supervisory Model for China's Banking Supervisory Committee and Its Operating Mechanism

本文通过对我国银监会监管模式构建的原则、理论与实践依据的分析,构建了银监会集众多优势于一身的“传送带”监管模式,使其充分发挥“分业监管”的职能,又为其发挥“混业监管”的职能奠定基础,以此来维持金融监管体制的延续性和稳定性。

Based on discussions of principles,theories and practical basis on which China' s bank supervision committee is founded,the paper proposed a advantageous'conveyer belt'supervisory model with not only effective'industry specific'supervisory functions,but also the potential for'cross industry'supervisory functions.The model enables the financial supervisory regime to maintain its continuity and stability.
