摘要
运用有限元的分析手段,对大型机组轴系进行分析。从建模到常规的扭振频率、振型和Campell图的计算,到电机短路状态和电机启动状态下的瞬态分析,并对结果进行了应力分析。从而完成了一套完整的轴系分析,为机组安全运行提供了保证。
By the use of finite element analysis method,
the shaft system of large scale set was analyzed. From modeling to calculation of the common torsional vibration frequency, vibration model and Campell figure calculation, and the instantaneous analysis under motor short circuit condition and motor start-up condition, the stress analysis of that results were carried out. A set of perfect shaft system analysis was completed. The assurance of safe operation of set was supplied
