摘要
当一定强度的瞬态电磁脉冲作用于细胞体时 ,在细胞膜上将形成瞬时微孔 ,促进药物等大分子进入细胞液。利用电穿孔现象结合抗癌药物治疗在昆明小鼠上接种和生长的S 180肉瘤 ,通过实验研究 ,该方法可以明显地抑制肿瘤细胞的生长。这种癌症治疗技术具有简单 ,便于操作等优点 ,特别适用浅表肿瘤的治疗 。
In this paper, we reported that a new approach for the treatment of sarcoma-electroporation therapy. Electropoation can accelerate molecules like drugs into cytoplasm by transient electromagnetic pulses. We have used the phenomenon of electroporation to treat the S-180 sarcomas of the KumMing mice by intratumoral injection of low dosage of drug. From the experiment, we learned this approach can receive remarkable effect. The technique is very easy to control. Especially, it is very efficient to cure the flat tumor. It provided a new approach to cure the tumor in the clinic.
