摘要
阐述了在工程建设中,应利用科学管理方法和先进手段合理确定和有效控制工程造价,并提出了控制工程造价的基本原则。
The scientific management methods and the advanced management instruments to fix and control the cost of project during the process of the project construction reasonably and effectively are stated,and the basic principles to control the cost of project are proposed.
