The relationship among the relative time error of four sorts of scanning circuits,(simple mode, bootstrap mode, Miller mode and constant current transistor charge mode), and their power utilization coefficient, nonlinearity coefficient are studied. The useful worth of relative time error of scanning circuits is also stated.
