摘要
设计并采用了两步连续反相微乳液法原位合成铁钴镍 /聚苯胺核 -壳型纳米复合微粒。第一步 :用反相微乳液法还原氯化亚铁、氯化镍、氯化钴等电解质 ,制备铁钴镍纳米微粒 ;第二步 :利用苯胺盐酸盐的水溶性 ,引发苯胺在水核内发生自由基氧化沉淀聚合 ,原位生成以金属微粒为核 ,聚苯胺为壳的核 -壳型纳米复合微粒。采用红外光谱、透射电镜、扫描电镜、能谱分析、X射线衍射等方法对复合微粒进行了表征与分析。
A new method of two steps continously inverse microemulsion method was designed and used to prepare the ultrafine FeCoNi/Polyaniline nanocomposites. The first step: the FeCoNi nanoparticles were prepared by the W/O inverse microemulsion through the reduction of FeCl 2 ,CoCl 2 ,NiCl 2 . The second step: the ultrafine FeCoNi/Polyaniline core shell nanocomposites were synthesized by in situ polymerization in W/O inverse microemulsion. The nanocomposites were investigated by TEM,SEM,XRD,XPS,IR.
