退耕还林工程管理信息系统开发中的几个问题

本文结合作者对退耕还林工程管理的体会和MIS的实际开发经验 ,重点从管理信息系统目标和内容的确立、开发过程的组织与控制、退耕还林工程与MIS的最佳融合点等几个方面进行了分析 ,论述了MIS在退耕还林工程中的开发流程和方法。

Combining with the experience of project management of transferring plough to forest and pratical exploitation of MIS, the authors analyzed the objectives and contents of MIS, organization and control of MIS design process, as well as the optimal joints of project management of transferring plough to forest and MIS. In addition, the paper expounded the design chart flow and method of MIS using in project management of transferring plough to forest.
