摘要 介绍了白腐菌在KP浆生物漂白中起作用的木质素降解体系,概述了锰过氧化物酶(MnP)的性质及其催化反应。并通过实例介绍了产MnP的白腐菌及其所产MnP对KP浆的漂白效果及其在生物漂白体系中的影响因素。 The lignin degrading system of white rot fungi in biobleaching of kraft pulp is described and the character and the catalyzing reaction of manganese peroxidase is introduced. Tramate versicolor and Phanerochaete sordida, which can bleach the UKP effectively and their enzymes are mainly MnP, are taken as the examples to review the bleaching effects and the factors in the bleaching systems of these white rot fungi and MnPs secreted from them.
