5-羟亚氨基-5-脱氧阿维霉菌素B_1的合成及杀虫活性研究

Synthesis of 5-oximino-5-deoxyavermectin B_1 and its insecticidal activity

对 5 -羟亚氨基 - 5 -脱氧阿维菌素B1 的合成方法进行了研究 ,得到了一个高产率的合成步骤。其结构经IR、1 HNMR、1 3CNMR和MS予以确证。对棉铃虫、甜菜夜蛾和家蝇幼虫的生测结果表明 ,5 -羟亚氨基 - 5 -脱氧阿维菌素B1 具有极好的杀虫效果 ,其活性高于母体阿维菌素B1 。

The synthesis method of 5-oximino-5-deoxyavermectin B 1 was studied, an d a synthesis route with high yield was obtained. Its structure was confirmed by IR, 1H NMR, 13 C NMR and MS and insecticidal activity was evaluated for Heliothi s armigera, Laphygma exigua and Musca domestica Larva. The r esult showed this co mpound had excellent pesticidal efficacy and was more active than the parent com pound.
