Time flies,we have seen off the unforgettable 2018.On the occasion of the publication of the first issue,2019,we would like to express our sincere respect and sincere wishes to the Editorial Board members,experts,authors,readers and friends from all walks of life who have always cared for and supported this journal.Looking back at the historical annual ring,the journal of Petroleum Exploration and Development,with China’s reform and opening up and the oil industry’s prosperity and development,has gone through 45 years of glorious history.
