摘要 Oleosin是一类特殊贮藏蛋白 ,主要在植物种子特异表达 ,覆盖于油体表面 ,在油体发生到分解消失过程中起着重要的生物学作用 ,在植物基因工程研究中有重要的应用价值。介绍oleosin的分类、分布、基本组成、结构与功能、oleosin基因及其表达 。 Oleosin gene are mainly expressed abundant in the seed.Oleosins,storage proteins unique to plant seed,which cover the whole surface of an oil body,and play important roles in the oil body synthesis and degradation.We introduce distribution,diversity,composition,structure and biological function of oleosins and also give a minute description on their gene property and expressive characters.In the meantime,their applications in plant genetic engineering are discussed.
