介绍了丙烯醛的性质、用途及生产技术进展,重点回顾了通过管式固定床反应器的丙烯氧化反应工艺生产丙烯醛的技术进展。对该工艺中关于反应器散热问题的研究进行了详细论述,对文献中介绍的克服“热点”问题的多种解决方案中的可取和不足之处做了比较。
The properties, uses, and advance in producing process of acrolein were introduced, of which the emphasis was put on the review of advance in acrylic aldehyde producing process by propylene oxidation reaction in tubular solid bed reactor. The research on heat elimination of reactor in this process was expounded in details, and comparison was made to weigh the advantages and disadvantages of various methods of solving ' hot point' problem which were introduced in former documents.
