摘要
木材原料配比对蒸煮质量及生产成本有很大影响。作者从蒸煮原料出发研究了朽材、树皮、碎小片、粗大片对蒸煮得率的影响。
The compounds of wood material influence greatly the cooking quality and manufacturing cost. We study the influence of rotten woodchip , barks, small chips and bulky chips on the cooking yield from the angle of the cooking materials.
