废瓦楞箱纸板再生高质量漂白浆技术的研究

以废瓦楞箱纸板这一重要的二次纤维资源为原料,再生高质量的漂白纸浆。研究内容包括:二次纤维活性的恢复、胶粘物的有效去除以及高硬度二次纤维纸浆的漂白。通过研究为回收量大、纤维物理性能良好的废瓦楞箱纸板原料的高值化利用提供了一条新的有效途径。

High quality bleached pulp might be reawarded by use of such materials as old corrugated container, which was an important secondary fiber resource. The research content included the renewal of secondary fiber's activity, the effective removal of gluey materials and the bleaching of high-kappa number pulp made of secondary fiber. Through this research, a new effective way could be found to make high-value use of the large-quantity-reclamation old corrugated container which had a fine physical ability of fiber.
