摘要
知识经济时代需要培养具有创造性的人才,这就要求我们不仅要重视显性课程的改革与创新,同时要关注隐性课程在培养学生创造性中的作用。隐性课程在结构上可以分为物质———空间类、组织———制度类和文化———心理类,对学生创造性的培养起着不可低估的作用。
In order to train the creative talented personnel,it requires that we not only pay much attention to the reform and innovation of the exposed curriculum,but the role that hidden curriculum play a part in the creation of the students.Hidden curriculum can be divided in different categories:matter to space,organization to system and culture to psychololly.It plays an important part in the training of students'creation.
