在市场经济活动中,信用是市场经济的道德基础,是市场的基本原则,但是,单纯注重道德建设还是远远不够的,同样重要的是必须搞好符合经济规律的财务制度建设。

In market economy,the construction of credit moral and of finance policy should be strengthened.Because credit is a moral basis of market economy,and also a basic principle of it.But it is not far enough to only pay attention to the construction of moral,the same important thing is that the construction of finance policy must abide by economic law.
