试论可持续发展与中国农业发展道路

The Discussion About Sustainable Development and the Agricultural Development of China

对一个13.9亿人口大国来说,农业生产,尤其是粮食生产就显得致关重要,走什么样的农业发展道路是我们的关键选择。文章以可持续发展战略思想为指导,对我国农业生产现状和问题进行了严峻的分析,结合我国具体国情,对我国农业的持续发展,从思想观念、政策定位、资金投入、技术体系等诸多方面提出了远景思路和具体措施,以促进我国农业的持续发展。

The development of agriculture,especially of the production of cereals,is very important for China with a population of one hundred and fifty millions.Which way we may have to follow is the key to our development of agriculture.The present condition and some existing problems concerning today's agricultural development in China have been analyzed on the basis of the thought of sustainable development ,and conception and measures have been presented for sustained development of agriculture in China,in terms of current thinking,funds or investment,techniques and oriented policy,etc.
