摘要
随着全球化的进一步发展,企业竞争日益激烈。在这个变化的年代,人的问题变得十分突出,人力资源开发与管理已经成为企业管理的战略重点。我们有必要针对在全球化背景下我国企业人力资源所接受的挑战,探索进行有效人力资源管理的方法。
Along with the further development of the globalization,the competition between the enterprises become s more fiercely.In this changeful age,the problem of manpower has been turned into an very important problem,and the exploiting and management of the human resource has become the strategy point of the enterprise management.So it is essential to our enterprises to meet with the challenge of HRM in global background and it is necessary for us to research the effective method of HRM.
