摘要 直面WTO挑战,高校应如何面向社会培养管理者呢?探索实施新型培养模式是当代高校市场化运作的核心性课题,直接关系到高校自身的生存与发展。管理教学——理念化、案例化、实验化、课题化,既是作者多年管理解读、管理教学、管理体验的思考与总结,也是“准管理者”培养模式的教学创新。 Faced with challenges from WTO,what should the higher education institutions undertake to deucate management personnels for the society?The process of exploring and implementing a fresh mode of education should be esteemed as the core research subject in the operation of higher institutes in a market society,which also directly determines the existence and development of these institutions.The instruction course in management,namely the ideal-orientation,the enlightenmeng from real-situation cases,the experimentation and the establishment of task subjects,results not only from the thoughts and conclusions from the author's interpretations,instructions,and experiences in teaching management course, but also in an exploration into and innovation of the mode of deucation for pre-executives.
