本文对以会理石榴为主要原料,采用压榨、过滤、均质、浓缩等处理生产的浓缩石榴汁的工艺及工艺要点进行探讨。
This paper mainly discusses the processing techniques of concentrated pomegranate juice by crushing, faltering,evening and condensing pomegranate fruits produced in Huili district.
