摘要
自从《中共中央关于教育体制改革的决定》中提出:要对高等教育实行评估制度以来,各级教育管理部门在高等院校都积极地进行了探索和实践,开展了教学评估、课程评估、科研评估、档案工作评估等等评估工作,收到了良好的效果。但评估与学校档案的关系,人们讨论并不多,似乎关系不大,其实这两者间存在着一种密不可分的辨证关系。档案是高校教育评估的基础和依据,而评估能够促进和加强档案建设,提高档案管理水平,两者是相辅相成,互相促进的关系。
Since the publication of evaluation on higher education in the document“On the Reform of Educational System by Chinese Central Government”,a series of evaluation work on teaching,curriculum, scientific research,files,etc,have all over the country.and the results are fruitful.Meanwhile,people are not attaching enough importance to the relationship between the evaluation and its file work.In fact,they have a close dialectical relationship.File work is the foundation of educational evaluation in higher institutions. whereas evaluation promotes and fortifies file construction and improve the level of file keeping.They supplement each other.
