According to relevant Chinese laws and its internal advantages the protection,development and exploitation of Luoji Mountain Natural Protection Zone is divided into 3 parts.With natural protection as its basis,tourism as its backbone,and through technological means,we can achieve the all—round coordinative development of protection,development and exploitation,and make Luoji Mountain Natural Protection Zone the demonstration area in the West—development project and eco—environment protection project in the Upper Reach of Yanzi River.
