摘要
通过对专科学分制下农产品加工专业的实践教学改革措施的实践与分析,找出了培养专科学生的动手能力和实践技能的一条新路,使农产品加工专业的学生确实能够学到有用的专业知识,在以后就业时能够学以致用,适应激烈的市场竞争。
This paper gives an analysis to the reform on practical teaching of agricultural product processing major under the credit system,and provides a new way to develop college students' practical ability,so that agricultural product processing majors are able to learn more useful knowledge in their specialty and apply it after graduation.In this way,they can adapt themselves to the fierce competition in job market.
