The application of the 'Cooperative Teaching Method 'in teaching the cases of 'Economic Contract' has the advantages of stressing the principle concept & bringing about the student - centered learning mode. This paper, taking the teaching of 'Economic Contract'as a practical case, designs a five-step procedure of teacher and student cooperation in the cooperative Teaching Method:comprehensive use of the learning materials, introduction of learning thinking methods, mention of difficult points in learning, rhythmic control of learning and discussion,feedback of learning results.
