摘要
中心孔的研磨质量直接影响着轴类零件的加工精度,特别是大型轴类零件,作者分析了标准中心孔存在的缺点,采用减小中心孔锥面面积的措施来保证工件加工精度。实践证明,这种方法在成批生产中使用效果良好。
This paper gives a new approach to tooling the big high-precision axle parts. The precision is affected directly by lapping quality of the centerhole. The author discusses some shortcomings about the standard centerhole. There fore it is suggested that high precision can be assured by reducing the cone area of the standard centerhole. Practice has proved that the application of the method is effective and efficient in mass production.
