On the Fixation of the Position of Cutting Tools in Locating the Cylinder's Cross - section of a Work on a V-shaped Work-holder

本文应用尺寸链理论,讨论工件以圆柱圆在V型块上定位时对刀尺寸的计算,分析了因定位基准面单边误差对计算的影响。提出了相应的解决措施,及对刀尺寸确定的方法,为保证和提高工件加工精度提供了理论依据。

The dimension chain theory is applied in this article. Based on this, the author discusses the calculation of cutting tool alignment dimension when setting position on V - shape cubes with cylinder surfside during machining workpieces and analyzes the effect of calculation caused by position datum plane single side tolerance, and then puts forward the solution and the approach to determining cutting tool alignment and provides theory basis tor ensuring and promoting the precision of workpieces tooling.
