学校德育工作难以取得成效的原因在于:一、学生不重视;二、是社会消极因素对学校德育工作造成冲击;三、没有真正形成齐抓共管的工作格局。针对这些问题,应采取相应有效的策略,以增强学校德育工作的实效。

It is difficult for schoolteachers to achieve more in their work of moral education. Reasons are as followed. First, students don't think highly of political ideological education. Second, the contents of moral education are out of date and teaching methods need improving. Third, negative factors in our society are pounding at the traditional moral education. Seeing these problems, strategies should be employed to increase the effectiveness of moral education.
