采用M_3土壤浸提剂测定土壤有效性Cu、Zn、Fe、Mn,较常规DTPA浸提法省时、省工,操作方便,结果稳定,适用于石灰性土壤,并且同DTPA浸提法相关性显著,是一种较理想的浸提方法。

Using M_3-soil extract to determine soil valid-Cu, Zn, Fe, Mn is simpler, saves time and the result dotained is stabler than using common DTPA-soil extract. It can be used during the analysis of calcareous-soil, and is closely related to DTPA-soil extract. So it is a very ideal extract method.
