摘要
本试验以马铃薯试管苗为材料,用组织培养的方法研究了缩节胺在马铃薯脱毒试管苗保存中的作用,为缩节胺在植物组织培养中的应用提供基础材料。实验结果表明,缩节胺能增加马铃薯脱毒试管苗的节数,缩短节间距,使试管苗健壮,其适宜使用浓度为5.0~10.0mg/L。较低浓度的缩节胺(2.5~5.0 mg/L)对不定芽的分化和增殖有促进作用。在培养基中添加适宜浓度(10.0 mg/L)的缩节胺可诱导马铃薯试管薯的形成。
The experiment with the material of test-tube seedling of Solanum tuberosum and by the way of Trissue culture, studied the function of Pix in the preserving of test-tube plants of solarium tuberosum. The restults showed by u-sing pix, the hode'number of solanum tubersom L. in virtro increased, inter-node decreased, the test-tube plants became stronger, and the suitable concentration was 5. 0-10. 0 mg/L. The pix of lower concentration had significant effect on enhancing multiplication of the shoot. Supplement of pix (the concentration is 10. 0 mg/L) helped form the test-tube plants of Solanum tuberosum.
