摘要 猪瘟兔化牛睾丸细胞苗在生产中,常出现疫苗毒价不达标的问题。其主要的原因是在生产中使用了含BVD/MD抗体的犊牛血清。试验过程中,采用合格的疫苗与标准的BVD/MD抗血清中和,然后再加入标准BVD/MDV,接种BT细胞,结果出现CPE。证实了疫苗中的HCV与BVD/MD抗体发生了结合。故生产前对血清中BVD/MD抗体的检测是不可忽视的。 During the production of hog cholera rabbit-adapeted bovine testis cellular vaccine, there occurred that the virulence of the vaccine has not attained its standard . The main reason is the use of calf serum with BVD/MD antibod-y. In the experiment , the eligible hog cholera rabbit-adapted bovine testis cellular vaccine neutralized the standard BVD/MD antiserum, then the standard BVD/MDV was added. The BT cells were inoculated in neutralized solution and resulted in CPE. This showed the combination of HCV in the hog cholera rabbit-adapted viral cellular vaccine with the BVD/MD antibody in the standard serum. It was necessary to detect BVD/MD antibody before producing the vaccine.
