摘要
采用双波长等吸收分光光度法同时测定强力恩诺沙星可溶性粉中恩诺沙星和硫酸小檗碱的含量。线性范围恩诺沙星 2～ 1 0 (μg/ ml) ,γ=0 .99999;硫酸小檗碱 8～ 1 6(μg/ ml) ,γ=0 .9995;平均回收率为 :恩诺沙星 99.4% (n=5) ,RSD为 0 .2 1 % ;硫酸小檗碱 99.5% (n=5) ,RSD为 0 .2 6%。
