灵芝发酵茶对小鼠溶血素和细胞免疫影响的研究

Effects of Ganoderma-lucidum-Fermented-Tea on hemolysin and cell immunity of the male mice

报道灵芝发酵茶对小鼠溶血素生成的影响和对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡血红细胞的作用试验。试验用BABL/c雄性小鼠,按体重随机分为对照组和高(4.198g·kg-1)、中(3.358g·kg-1)、低(2.798g·kg-1)3个剂量组。结果灵芝发酵茶剂量为4.198g·kg-1时,小鼠血清溶血素水平比对照组提高了12.11%(P<0.01);灵芝发酵茶剂量为3.358g·kg-1时,小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬率提高了24.47%(P<0.01)、吞噬指数提高了9.14%(P<0.01)。表明灵芝发酵茶有增强小鼠免疫功能的效果。

Effects of Ganoderma\|lucidum\|Fermented\|Tea on hemolysin product and phagocytosis of macrophage from abdominal cavity in the male mice was studied.The male mice (BABL/c) were randomly divided into the control group and three experimental groups with dosage at 4198 g·kg-1, 3358 g·kg-1 and 2798 g·kg-1 respectively.Ganoderma\|lucidum\|Fermented\|Tea with the dosage of 4198 g·kg-1 improved hemolysin output significantly and Ganoderma\|lucidum\|Fermented\|Tea with the dosage of 3358 g·kg-1 enhanced phagocytosis of macrophage from abdominal cavity in the male mice significantly.The results indicated that Ganoderma\|lucidum\|Fermented\|Tea has the significant effect on immunological enhancement of the male mice.
