论加入WTO后我国外资保险公司的监管问题

Supervision of foreign-funds insurance companies after entering WTO

加入世界贸易组织(WTO)后,根据对WTO金融服务协定的承诺,我国的保险市场将进一步对外开放,外资保险公司进入我国保险市场竞争,国际保险贸易进一步发展。为了规范外资保险公司的行为,维护被保险人的合法权益,促进我国保险市场的规范发展,有必要对外资保险公司加强监管。在分析外资保险公司监管的政策原则与目标的基础上,探求我国对外资保险公司监管模式的选择,结合我国当前保险市场发展的实际情况,对外资保险公司监管的一些重要问题予以研究,以期促进我国保险业的进一步发展。

According to the WTO Financial Service Agreement,Chinese insurance market will further open to foreignfunds insurance companies so as to promote international insurance business.Supervisior of foreignfunds insurance companies needs strengthening in order to regularize their behavior,protect the insured's legal rights and ensure the regular development of the insurance market.The policies and the aims of supervision of foreignfunds insurance companies are analysed and supervision models are studied. Combined with actual conditions of the present insurance market,some key problems about supervision of foreignfunds insurance companies are studied for the development of Chinese insurance industry. 
