摘要
股票信用交易是世界许多国家活跃证券市场的一个重要方式,但在我国仍然为法律所禁止。在对股票信用交易进行简单介绍的基础上,首先回顾了我国股票信用交易的状况及现状,然后从反驳我国禁止股票信用交易的理由的角度,阐述了我国建立股票信用交易的可行性,并论述了我国建立股票信用交易的重要意义,最后提出了我国建立股票信用交易制度的几点建议。
Stock trading on credit is a vital means of activating the securities market for many countries in the world. However, it's still banned in our country. On the basis of explaining the concept of stock trading on credit, the past and current situations in our country are reviewed, and the feasibility and the importance of establishing stock trading on credit are presented.Finally, suggestions for its establishment are put forward.
