禽用干扰素对新城疫弱毒疫苗的干扰作用

Interference of Avian Interferon with Attenuated NDV Vaccine

干扰素对控制新城疫等病毒病的感染和传播发挥了较大的作用。在本品的使用过程中,养鸡户往往使用不当,特别是鸡群发病时,弄不清干扰素和新城疫弱毒苗的使用顺序,同时使用或间隔时间过短,都会影响治疗效果,甚至出现病情加重的现象。因此,我们做了干扰素(北京绿曼产品)对新城疫弱毒苗的干扰试验,在进行疫苗免疫时,同时使用干扰素注射,则干扰疫苗产生免疫抗体,产生的抗体水平比不用干扰素要低的多,抗体高峰期维持时间也短,在同时使用时干扰素用量越大,抗体效价越低。

Interferon may play great role in control of some virus infections and transmission such as Newcastle disease,however,improper use would affect the control effect and even aggravate the disease conditions.Therefore,experiments were conducted on the interference of interferon,Luman product,with attenuated NDV vaccine.The result showed that the lower antibody level and the shorter antibody peak period in vaccinated chicken with interferon were present compared with the immunized chicken without interferon,The antibody titer reduced as interferon dosage increased.
