结合大麦杂种优势利用研究工作的多年实践,介绍了大麦育种材料种传病害的防治、人工杂交配组、强优组合的制种以及杂交大麦种简易贮藏等技术。

According to the author's practice in studying the heterosis of barley for sever al years, measures of controlling seed-borne disease of breeding materials, tec h niques of artificial hybridization, seed production of combinations with strong dominance and simple conservation of hybrid barley varieties were introduced in this paper.\;
